Triple Threat Training Coaching Services Cancellation Policy
At Triple Threat Training, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to changes in your plans. To ensure a transparent and fair experience for all our clients, please familiarize yourself with our coaching services cancellation policy:
Client Cancellation:

Cancellation 48 hours before the scheduled session: No cancellation fees will be applied, and the full payment will be refunded.

Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled session: 50% of the session cost will be retained, and the remainder will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: The total cost of the session will be retained, and no refund will be issued.
Client Tardiness:

Late arrival of more than 15 minutes without notifying the coach: If the client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment without notifying the coach, the session will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Reservation Modification:

Change of date or time of the session: Subject to availability, changes can be made without charge if reported at least 24 hours before the initially booked session.
Triple Threat Training Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation by Triple Threat Training due to unforeseen circumstances (such as an emergency or medical reason): A new session will be scheduled based on the client's availability, or a full refund will be issued.

Triple Threat Training reserves the right to periodically revise this cancellation policy. Any changes will be communicated transparently to our clients.
